Amanda's love for great food started at an early age, cooking with her father who opened the award-winning Vivo Enoteca in Wellington, New Zealand. She spent much of her formative years honing her craft in a number of the finest restaurants there .
After N.Z, Amanda was scooped up for a notable role as head chef aboard a private jet. Her extensive travels influence her cuisine, mastering dishes from abroad and allowing her the opportunity to stage at some of the world's top Michelin restaurants. Amanda’s culinary expertise and attention to detail have earned her a reputation as one of the best private chefs in the industry.
