My guests sing Amanda’s praise throughout their visits and I’ve been impressed by Amanda’s flawless ability to adapt to last minute changes, diets and requests. I have many personal favorites of Amanda’s that I repeatedly request. I love her farm to table approach and world inspired dishes that are fresh, clean and well balanced.
